Each year the Parks Heritage FCU holds an Annual Meeting to share with the membership our financials and the steps we have made to grow your Credit Union. This year, the Annual Meeting will be held on May 19, 2015 at noon at our 5 Murray Street location. You can join us in person at the branch or online. All attending must RSVP and you can do so by emailing email@example.com.
Since 1965 our governing board has consisted of no less than 5 and no more than 11 governing members. This year, the number will consist of 9. Each year at the annual meeting, formal elections of the officers is held. This year, PHFCU had 3 seats open on the Board of Directors. The Nominating committee has put forward the names of the 5 Board Members whose seats were up for re-election. No other nominations were offered by the membership. At the meeting the 3 nominees will be formally re-elected to the Board of Directors. No nominees will be accepted from the floor.
The nominating committee has filed the following nominations for re-election into the 3 vacant seats for the Parks Heritage FCU governing Board of Directors.
