In accordance with the Parks Heritage FCU by-laws, the institution is currently seeking a total of 5 nominees for the institution's governing Board of Directors. Each Parks Heritage FCU Director is elected for a 3 year term of service. Parks Heritage FCU is a cooperative member owned financial institution. As such to qualify for nomination, the nominee must be a member in good standing of Parks Heritage FCU.
The nominating committee has filed the following nominations for re-election into the 5 vacant seats for the Parks Heritage FCU governing Board of Directors.
All Nominations must be submitted by April 9, 2015. Nominations may be submitted online or in person at the Parks Heritage FCU main branch located at 5 Murray Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
Upon receipt of nominations nominees will be contacted to verify their willingness to serve on the governing board of directors. Upon nominations closing and being verified on April 1st elections will commence online and in the branch from May 1st until May 14th. An election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filed. Our annual meeting day will be May 19th with a general membership meeting at 12 noon in person for those wishing to attend at our 5 Murray Street location.
