ATTENTION: Due to the data compromise experienced at Target Corporation over the holiday season, some of you have experienced the inconvenience of having your debit cards blocked. Parks Heritage has been in constant communication with our vendor to replace your cards within a reasonable timeframe. We have received word that due to the holidays, the high volume of reissues generated by the Target breach, and the extreme weather conditions across the country, card reissues have been significantly delayed.
